Up the dial, Fred can’t believe the negativity directed the Bruins way. (Where’s this guy been the last dozen football seasons in this town?).

Has Schilling said he’s not running? Primary fight!

Mut made a decent point by saying that Schilling might not be the brightest candidate considering he gets into Twitter fights with fake Sidney Ponsons. 😆

Schilling retweeting this within minutes of PFTCommenter posting was peak Curt.

So who was the 1999 number one pick who got thrown out of the 2000 team meeting for being late?
Woody or Katzenmoyer? I don’t remember hearing that story at the time.

My guess would be Woody. I happened to have ESPN radio on for some stupid reason yesterday when I was in the car. Bomani Jones was interviewing Woody. He asked him what it was like to play for the Patriots and he said “It was hell.”

April 13, 2017 at 9:45 am #96935Who’s the Peter Griffin lookalike far right?
Johnston I think.
What a fucking collection of hideous losers. Jim Murray’s shit palate isn’t doing him any favors, obviously.

That group all in one place would be a fantastic tractor-beam alien abduction opportunity. Off-planet, never to be seen again.

I would have to guess Katzenmoyer. Did he play one year for BB or did he retire that year?
April 13, 2017 at 10:08 am #96950Who says no to this three way?
Patriots get: Richard Sherman No. 33 overall pick in 2017 NFL Draft Seahawks get: No. 12 overall pick in 2017 NFL Draft Conditional fourth-round pick in 2018 NFL Draft Browns get: Jimmy Garoppolo
Me. Not enough. 29 year old corner and a 2nd rounder (granted first pick in second round) isn’t enough for JG imo.
April 13, 2017 at 10:09 am #96951do we know who the guys on either side of Zolak are, and the guy with the belt?
Andy Wong, don’t know the guy to his right, and I am guessing “Sarge.”

April 13, 2017 at 10:26 am #96955I just assumed it was Terry Glenn who was late.
That was my first thought too, but Bill said “first round pick from the year before.”
Glenn seems an even bigger turd in hindsight considering Patriots history since the time he was here. I’m still pissed about that asshole diva-in-sunglasses interview he did with Lobel. If you wanted a locker room cancer, me-me-me receiver out of central casting, you couldn’t have done better than late-stage Glenn.
April 13, 2017 at 10:28 am #96956I just assumed it was Terry Glenn who was late.
I think that the photo shown right before that discussion, which showed BB talking with Bledsoe, was not a total accident. It put in the back of my mind that it was Bledsoe that got tossed.

Certainly Drew’s boy friday Scott Zolak would have told us if that were the case.
April 13, 2017 at 10:30 am #96958Who came up with that anyways? People are way overvaluing Sherman because of the name. The Seahawks getting 12 and a 4th? He’s 29. Not exactly a position you’re going to get a lot of years out of when he hits his 30s 99% of the time. I think he’s worth maybe one third if its straight up.
Will Brinson, whoever that is.

It was “a first round draft pick from a prior year”

Thought he said “the prior year.”
He says it right about the 8 minute mark, but that’s what I thought it sounded like.
He says it fast though. I’m not sure what he meant. Not that it matters too much. Did a story like that ever get out?
April 13, 2017 at 10:49 am #96963April 13, 2017 at 10:53 am #96964Only possibilities when Belichick took over if he said a prior year: Bledsoe, Robert Edwards, Glenn, Bruce Armstrong, Woody, McGinest, Katzenmoyer, Law, Tebuckey
We’re devolving into minutae here, but if it was an older guy, I would think BB would have just said “veteran” rather than “first round pick.” That’s why my hunch is that it was a recent Carroll draft pick. Someone with no Parcells/Belichick experience who didn’t know what to expect with the regime change.

Her desire to be a Cool Chick is particularly grating. I take it she fancies herself as some sort of iconoclast but she’s so horribly basic and unoriginal in every word and action.
April 13, 2017 at 11:17 am #96968There are two first-round draft picks from 2014 who aren’t in the NFL right now, and they’re the two players picked by the Browns

If you believe that Jimmy G is the next Aaron Rodgers you don’t do it. Remember, Brady will be 40. Good to great QB’s do not grow on trees.
