Putting on my Inspector Clouseau hat and looking up the injury report for Arizona the last few weeks produces nary a mention of Drew Stanton’s knee injury. Coach Kangol does it again. Pure genius…or something.

    Jim Caldwell whacked.

Matt Patricia reported to be favored for the job.

Interesting note-the Lions play the Pats next season, in Detroit, potentially on Thanksgiving.

The ever humble coach Kangol, presently enjoying holding the attention of all the media wanting to know if he will “retire” says “To take this group to 8-8 is probably the best job our coaching staff has ever done,”

Those players must love the amount of time they spend under his bus.

Not that I know assistant coaches at all or personally, but am I the only one who doesn’t really see Matt P as a head coach?

There goes Florio, shit-stirring again to get the mouth-breathers all fired up. He’s been on this topic since the day Patricia wore the shirt.

    P.S. Happy New Year, all!

I love Fatty’s blue ribbon MVP panel. Was Mark Brunnell unavailable?

Decision made for me. Advanced scout saw the shoreline iced over so will be a Bloody Mary toting observer this year. Here’s to 2019!

Huh with a healthy Chandler Jones I would have expected 16-0.  Guess Kangol set the bar low

    File this under Fake News:

Teammates quick to rip Johnson Bademosi’s sideline flop

The article of course said nothing of the kind.    Not a knock on the writer, Hayden Bird, but whoever wrote the headline.

I’ve found it very easy to root against ESPN favorite Baker Mayfield.

In between tears of “joy and peace,” Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians cited his family as the reason he decided to retire from coaching after 42 years, including the past five in his first NFL head-coaching job.

“I will miss the game,” Arians said Monday. “It’s been a great ride.”

Nobody does the annoying fake announcer voice more annoyingly than Adnan Virk.
