Antonio Brown has apparently apologized via Twitter to Kraft and the Patriots.

Wonder how that impacted Brady’s mood ring. Is there a color for TOO FUCKING LATE, ANJERK!  ?

But the guy who has said 30 times he’s done is making an announcement, it has to be a comeback.

Yesterday Chad promoted Ned Martin’s Ford Frick Award Campaign.

Today Chad’s mad because someone used the media to promote something.

Only one team from the 2000’s in the top 15 and it was the 2007 Patriots. OK, Boomers.

The ’04 Patriots ranking was criminal.

And if the ’76 Raiders made it in the top 10 the ’76 Patriots should have been somewhere in the top 100.  Only team to beat them and they whipped their ass, and of course should have beaten them in the playoffs.

Even if you hate the Pats I thought folks would jizz themselves over the Legion of Doom Seahawks team.

Stephen A.: Brady should decide if Patriots bring back Antonio Brown

Yes, because that’s how it’s always worked down there

I’d like to think its because we all universally agree that Mina Kimes sucks.

I’m generally not one for moral victories, but if you told me that the Celtics would play the Clippers down GH, 3rd game in 4 nights all on the road, Clippers at full strength, AND the Celtics would miss their first 15 or so threes I’d say they’d lose by 30, not in OT

Sounds like Sanu might have an ankle issue.  Maybe they can sign Jacrappy.

Jesus he’s a smug ahole. And that’s as dumb a comparison as you can get.

So the natural takeaway is that this shows the Celtics can play with anyone and maybe this will be an NBA Finals preview.
    My response: really, before Thanksgiving?
Not to play devil’s advocate, but this is the same talk I’ve heard in past years with wins over the Cavs a few years ago, and the Warriors … and those didn’t pan out.
For one thing, there is a long way to go. It’s like saying the Jaguars showed last year they could compete in the AFC because they beat the Patriots in Week 2. They finished 5-11. Now, the Celtics aren’t the Jags, but the point remains.

In the unsurprising news department, Pouncey’s suspension was reduced from 3 games to 2. When hasn’t a high profile Steelers’ suspension been reduced?

So you can kick a guy while he’s down and you get your suspension reduced.  Makes sense.

If you edited out the Garrett helmet attach and just showed people Pouncey kicking Garrett while he was being held down. The outrage would be off the charts.

when paired with Garett’s stupidity, the league seems to feel Pouncey’s actions are no big deal.   That league is fucked in the head.

    Meanwhile, Florio:

The original announcement of Garrett’s suspension requires that he meet with the Commissioner’s office before Garrett will be imposed. At that meeting, and in connection with any other related communications, the NFL’s goal will be to ensure that it has done everything to ensure that whatever fuse blew on Garrett last Thursday night won’t blow again. The NFL needs to be sure that this fuse won’t blow again because the next time Garrett hits a player over the head with his own helmet, the player could be seriously injured.

Beyond being the right thing to do, it’s the legally prudent thing to do. While there’s no way to completely ensure that Garrett will never do this again, the NFL must take all reasonable steps to come to the conclusion that it won’t happen again.

Odds of Pouncey kicking someone’s head in in the future have to be what 300% greater than the odds of Garrett swinging a helmet again?

Odds of Pouncey kicking someone in the head off the field are probably in the thousands of percent t more.

So, it appears the Houston linebackers arrived at the stadium today dressed in costumes like characters in “Mortal Combat”

for the life of me I cannot figure out why that team has never won anything.

Garrett was mic’d up for that game. That audio combined with all the other audio recorded from the game should give a clear picture of what, if anything, was said during that confrontation.

For 12 years, we’ve been hearing that the NFL keeping evidence from the fans is proof that everything alleged to have happened and worse is true. If the league keeps this audio under wraps, then it’s safe to assume that Rudolph’s comments must have been at least 3 standard deviations from racially neutral.

One other little thing that bothers me about this situation is people who claim that Garrett hit Rudolph late or Garrett tackled him well after the ball was gone. It’s crazy because the video of the play is readily available and clearly shows that Garrett was wrapping up Rudolph as the pass was being released.
