Gasper bringing race into the tanking question is complete bullshit.

Vineland is putting out 6 documentaries on classic wrestlers controversies and I’ve seen the first two. Bruiser Brody and Gino Hernandez and they are outstanding. They’re called Dark Side Of The Ring. The Brody death has always been really shady where lots of key witnesses were never called to the murder trial. With Hernandez it was great seeing a lot of the behind the scenes stuff from old World Class. Definite must watches. The Brody one is already up on YouTube. I think the Gino one comes out next week.   They’re also doing an entire one on the Von Erich’s (finally), the Montreal Screwjob, Macho Man/Elizabeth and I think how awful Fabulous Moolah was.

The gift that keeps giving the local hottakerz. “Should the fans boo the Sox at the home opener? We’ll take you calls after this….” More scintillating radio on a fascinating topic by a group of dynamic personalities!

Or just more uninteresting garbage on a worn out (no cared in the fist place) troupe by a bunch of hacky trolls. You make the call!

Big day tomorrow. Hope springs eternal etc.

    “They came north to frosty Fenway, and won their opening game. The fans began to sense it;

four more like that and they will have clawed there way back to .500”

The Sox play 162 games yet the media have conditioned everyone to think every game is game 7.

Thanks for the 411. I will be giving those a watch. I heard in the Brody one Tony Atlas is a credible witness.

Tony Atlas has been the only person since day one from the Brody death to shed light on what really happened. He knew who killed him, how it happened, etc and they never called him as a witness (or sent the summons after the trial) and it still haunts him to this day that Brody was killed in cold blood in Puerto Rico and no one ever answered for it. My middle school math teacher went to high school with Brody back in Michigan and we used to discuss him back around 1979-81 and what a smart, nice guy Brody (Frank Goodish) was even though he played a lunatic in the squared circle. Seeing Abdullah the Butcher out of character is just surreal. I used to have nightmares about that guy before I met him and found out he was one of the coolest guys in the world but he was always a psycho who would happily stab you in the head with a fork when in character.

Watching this show called Action on Showtime which is about sports gambling. These idiots are all on the Chargers vs Pats in the playoffs and this guy just bet $30k on the Pats money line going against the “experts”. I love this guy. The experts are all “The Chargers are better at every position except coach and QB…but are far better in every other position” and the 30k guy goes “They haven’t lost at home.” He’s at some casino and had to find out if he could even bet that much.

    BTW, he won.

There are some seriously stupid people on this show losing large amounts of money. This Jersey looking guy was all in on the Steelers to win the Super Bowl. They missed the playoffs so he went all in on the Chargers to win the superbowl. I hope this guy offs himself after the show. He’s live tweeting and saying the Pats aren’t that good, Brady is overrated, Chargers are good on the road. Its 7-7 and he’s bragging. Guessing he’s not liking the outcome of this either.

I really thought I’d like this series since its about sports betting and numbers. I hate pretty much everyone as they come off as arrogant assheads who dont know anything. Its like watching the Boston Media on a live feed as everything they are certain of is completely wrong.

Pats have scored on 7 of 9 possessions. Jersey guy looks suicidal on his nice white leather couch. Good. Actually this isn’t even a white leather couch. Its a giant white leather bed. I’m guessing he goes all in on the Chiefs next. Oh, this guy has a touting service and they’re showing the texts from his clients calling him a fraud. And of course this guy starts talking about how great his car is.

There were some clips in the first episodes of guys I remember being on TV back in the 90s doing ads for their tout services.

Anyone remember “The Source”, Stu Feiner, Ronn (yes, 2 ns) Bash and current conservative talk show host Wayne Root?

He still lives with his parents and borrows money from them and drives around like he is loaded.

I feel bad for that one guy who was into clean living, but had bad relationships with women. He now weighs 300 lbs and seems like he gambles just he doesn’t want to be in any relationships.

Hope you are planning your big entrance for camp at Latrobe, sounds like you are going to fit in perfectly with that outfit.

Something I meant to add to my post about Wickersham: I took a look at his twitter feed. I wasn’t expecting to see that he’s a big Springsteen fan. At all.

I forget. Is the Bruce love a sportswriter/broadcaster thing or a NJ/LI thing? Both?

Holy crap, that guy is so sad. They spent like a whole minute on him trying to get a stain off his giant white shirt while his hot friend just watched him.

The Jersey (?) guy is such a douche. “I drive the most expensive SUV in the world, I think that says I’m successful.” Also has a huge photo of himself being “tough” up on his wall.

    D’oh (head slap).

    Janikowski not officially done.

He is now. Per Schefty, he’s retiring after 19 seasons.
