Marcus Morris was told the 76ers were favored in each of the last two games.
"Were they favored?"
"They couldn’t have been favored the first two games, could they?"
Yeah they were.
"OK. Shit, this ain’t Miami."

We still trading Brown and/or Tatum, or no?
I’m petrified of them trading for Leonard. If Popovich can’t get through to him, I’m not sure anyone can.May 4, 2018 at 11:47 am #123527

They are America’s Team after all.
“Witten is an unknown as an analyst, but he was a Cowboy. That last fact seems to be very important. Of the four lead NFL game analysts, three — Witten, Romo (CBS) and Troy Aikman (FOX) — played for Dallas. Only Cris Collinsworth (NBC) has no Cowboys connection.”May 4, 2018 at 1:21 pm #123532

For me it’s not even that but more the injury itself. Neither side’s version of it sounds good.
Leonard’s camp has come to believe the issue has more to do with an ossification, or hardening, in the area where the muscle has been repeatedly bruised, and then an atrophy, which in turn affected the tendons connecting the muscle to the knee.
The Spurs have always called the injury quadriceps tendinopathy, which is a disease of the tendon that has a degenerative effect on the muscle by keeping it in a constant state of exhaustion.
Leonard’s version sounds way too much like Cam Neely. Granted I’m sure treatment and all has changed but still. The Spurs version is tendon disease that keeps the muscles in a ‘constant state of exhaustion.’ Thanks, I’m all set.May 4, 2018 at 2:52 pm #123536

At the game tonight and Bruins did all they could do, but to Feejis’ point, their D was overmatched in their own zone again. On the OT winner, the forwards overcompensated to cover up the D and allowed the weak side Tampa D to drop all the way to the net. Like the B’s forwards knew the D couldn’t get the puck out and collapsed.
More bad calls, but the refs didn’t cost them the game.
Tampa is a very good team. I’ve thought the finals would be Tampa Nashville. If the B’s csn’t Come back, I just want someone to beat Pittsburgh.
