Monetizing Gilbert Gottfried’s Amazing Colossal Podcast Is anyone a Stitcher Premium member?
Is he going to start charging? Howie Carr went to that model for his show; I’m curious how many are paying for that. Does his Trump derangement syndrome (in the sycophant sense) help?
Monday show will be free. Thursday will be in Sticher Premium. So you join Stitcher Premium and then have access to their library as well. Looks like its $5/mo.
Also past episodes will be moved over to Stitcher Premium, so Free episodes will only be available for a certain amount of time.May 31, 2017 at 7:59 pm #101706
Norm’s new special on Netflix is the gold standard of stand-up specials. Incredible. Lots of the same bits from the final Letterman show, but still great.
Loved it. The bit about the third guy on Apollo 11 was the best.

Anybody listen to Kevin Pollak? I want to know whether the Vincent D’Onofrio episode is ponderous or interesting. I’ve heard he is a prick so it could break either way with no in between.

I like these and I also listen to the Tom Chiusano clips. There are a couple of 9 hour compilations on there.July 11, 2017 at 4:35 pm #104682Tom PepperParticipant

While I subscribe, I’ve rarely listed to I Was There Too podcast. Movies I never watched and conversation that seemed to veer away from the point of the show.

Love the Cocaine and Rhinestones podcast. I don’t think you’d even have to be into old country music to find it entertaining.April 9, 2018 at 11:02 am #122132BeakerParticipant

That’s where podcasting gets too far up it’s own ass for me.
Has Simmons ever explained why he hasn’t revealed the name of where he worked? Besides it being made up, has he concocted some bullshit story or Simmons-esque “I don’t watch the Simpsons because everyone else does” or whatever?April 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm #122146Major IntangiblesParticipant
I know the place, it was an English-style pub; St. George’s Glass.
