I was surprised Reid didn’t try once more for the end zone with 11 seconds left. Pederson goes for it there. BB also.
Precisely. You put it toward the end zone and hope your guy can get under it or draw a flag. Maybe the slow the brakes on Mahomes came in to play and he felt like he wouldn’t have the…

Peytons piss poor play calling had more to do with the loss than the Pass Interference. Why run in that situation in the first place? you’re already in field goal range.
Volin wrote something today that took the same position. A lot of people dumped on him anyway; just because Ben is Ben, I guess; although I w…

I think the Rams would’ve called timeout if NO had run on 1st down so wouldn’t be a huge change to the amount of time left. I guess you can question whether the 3rd down pass that results in the non-call should’ve also been a fun, but LA would call their final timeout there also.
Sure, the Rams wouldn’t have any left for their final drive (as it…[Read more]

I’m sure she did a terrific job on the sidewalk out front. Won’t be a hazard whatsoever.
They threw a pick from the 1 yard line. The went for it on 4th and 1 and failed with a terrible play call. They didn’t go for it on 4th and short and did that clusterfuck punt switch and the ref stood over the ball and prevented them from hiking it and they got a delay even though KC had 12 guys on the field. They gave up 31 p…
I checked out Universal Hub and saw a photo of the at-large city councilor. She looks like a Flip Wilson character.

I love that the writer spelled her name incorrectly.

Arians went from “I will only come back to coach the Browns” to “I can fix Jameis Winston” pretty quick.
The bigger the phony, the bigger the sports media love-fest.
Arians is Exhibit A-Z.
I could have sworn that, when he was hired in Arizona, Arians said that this would be his first a…
Hey, had the Seahawks won and Janikowski been out of service, they were stuck with the punter the rest of the way? Unless they had a kicker on their practice squad, I assume?
What would have been interesting is if the Cowboys were up 1-3 points late in the game and been in a situation where a team normally kicks a FG (like in the…
O’Brien has his flaws but the leash seems to be short on coaches these days. Everyone wants the young guy with the success of Mcvay and Nagy and all the interviews Gase is getting.
I think the way they played today works against him though. They weren’t really competitive in the first half at all.
I can’t avert my eyes from the orange menace spinning out of control.
What I get a kick out of is that Royle is running neck and neck with The Donald for most self-destructive tweets; and I’m not even counting her anti-Trump ones. How can you be in a service-oriented (food) bus…
How do you hire (dedicated) staff when you can’t give them a firm start date?
Most will start staff a few weeks early to train them, get familiar with menu, do friends and family type tuneup service. So they’ll get paid for a few weeks even if not open yet.
